Dr. Bhuvaneshwari S. Kolaki holds a Ph.D. in Law from Bangalore University, with her doctoral research focused on the relevance of forensic science in criminal investigation, prosecution, and adjudication, particularly in Bengaluru City. She has over 13 years of teaching experience and specializes in Business and Trade Law, having completed her LL.M from Karnatak University, Dharwad. A qualified K-SET lecturer, Dr. Kolaki has a strong academic and research background, with multiple publications and paper presentations in national and international conferences. Her research interests include forensic investigation, women's rights, criminal justice, and legal education.

She has contributed as a resource person in workshops on human rights, women’s rights, and POCSO, and actively participates in faculty development programs and seminars. Her commitment to legal scholarship and teaching excellence is reflected in her continuous engagement with contemporary legal issues and educational reforms.

Ashwin Kunal Singh

         Prof. Ashwin Kunal Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law at Christ University, Bengaluru, with over six years of teaching experience since 2019. He holds Master’s degrees in Corporate & Commercial Laws and Sociology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Competition Law.

      His academic interests include Corporate Law, Competition Law, Sports Law, IPR, Human Rights, and Environmental Law. He has published in reputed journals and blends doctrinal and interdisciplinary approaches in his work.

     He has supervised several undergraduate dissertations, conducted faculty training programmes on pedagogy and technology integration, and is actively involved in academic research and peer review.

        As an editorial board member, he upholds academic rigour and is dedicated to advancing legal research and publication standards.

Dr. Mohd Wazid Khan

         Dr. Mohd Wazid Khan is an accomplished academician and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law, an LL.M. in Labour Laws, and a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University. With over five years of teaching experience, Dr. Khan has made significant contributions to legal scholarship, publishing extensively in reputed national and international journals and contributing chapters to several esteemed edited volumes.

His research expertise spans labour laws, social security, social justice, inclusive policy frameworks, human rights, and gender issues. He was awarded the prestigious Doctoral Fellowship by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi, for his outstanding research work. Dr. Khan also serves as the editor of the book Working Women in India: Legal Concerns and Constraints, which critically examines the legal and systemic challenges faced by women in the Indian workforce, reflecting his enduring commitment to gender justice.

Mr. Malik Gufran Ahmed

Mr. Malik Gufran Ahmed, is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in law, gender studies, and human rights. He currently serves as Assistant Professor at NIMS School of Law, NIMS University, Jaipur. He earned his Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh where his research focused on the rights of foreign prisoners in Indian jails. Dr. Ahmed holds an LL.M. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with a specialization in rights of vulnerable groups, feminist legal theory, and prison reform. He has published and presented widely on human rights,gender studies, and social justice. His editorial leadership in this book brings together critical insights on the evolving challenges to women’s identity, weaving legal, social, and intersectional perspectives into a compelling academic discourse.

His research focuses particularly on the constitutional exercise of public power, with emphasis on access to information, rule of law and good governance principles.
