Dr. T. Keerthi holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Bhagwant University, Ajmer, and possesses over 16 years of academic and research experience. She specializes in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and has contributed to numerous national and international conferences and journals. With additional qualifications in IPR, Law, and an MBA, Dr. Keerthi actively mentors LL.M and B.A. LL.B students and serves as a judge in moot court competitions. She has also delivered guest lectures in reputed institutions and currently serves as Associate Professor at Dr. Ambedkar Global Law Institute, Tirupati.

Mr. Malik Gufran Ahmed, is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in law, gender studies, and human rights. He currently serves as Assistant Professor at NIMS School of Law, NIMS University, Jaipur. He earned his Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh where his research focused on the rights of foreign prisoners in Indian jails. Dr. Ahmed holds an LL.M. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with a specialization in rights of vulnerable groups, feminist legal theory, and prison reform. He has published and presented widely on human rights,gender studies, and social justice. His editorial leadership in this book brings together critical insights on the evolving challenges to women’s identity, weaving legal, social, and intersectional perspectives into a compelling academic discourse.
